Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or receiving any services with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Appointments & Booking Policy

Appointments can be scheduled online. We require 48 hours of notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required for appointments over $250 but can be transferred in the event of a reschedule in accordance with our policies.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be marked as a "No Show" and may be required to pay a fee before booking future appointments.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once services have been provided.

4. Late Arrivals

Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all clients.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a client’s health or the health of our staff may be at risk.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Beautifully You Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or any other reason that may compromise the comfort or safety of our staff or other clients.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in-salon notice.
